Totoo yan, Ormoc lichon is the best! I work before at the PNOC-EDC main office in Makati & everytime we have our Christmas Party all our project sites sent lichon to our office & fortunately i was incharge of recieving them all. Kadalasan ang Ormoc lichon ang unang nauubos.
