Thank you for explaining some things. I bought the diffuser but alas, it came without any directions at all. Called member services who said they would send me instructions, but never did. Maybe now I can use it.

Along with holding it against my chest, I dampen hands also for a more firmer grip. Haven’t had any problems afterwards🦋

Hi, recently i bought my Roam diffuser, however, to charge it, I had to connect the cable directly to the diffuser, because with the base it doesn't work , as soon as I place it on the base it turns on the red light and immediately changes to green as if it were fully charged, but when I turn on the diffuser does not turn on and the red light on the diffuser comes on as when it is discharged. Please help.

My battery has never lasted 8 hours. It has lasted maybe 3 hours on intermittent mode with a full charge.
