@@excessivegarage mine was same mate, cruisers have drop boxes from factory the nissan drop boxes are just cruiser mounting plates, but had all the supporting compontents like panhards, sway bar extensions superior hyperflex arms and castor plates, upper and lower control arms in rear. Still drove like shit. Wandered all over the road over 80km/h real bad understeer cornering under speed. It is still running all the same gear but with a tall 2" coil and its a far more drivable car. Feel much more comfortable tackling tough tracks at pace with out feeling like im gonna end up on my lid and have no issues fitting the 35s just need to be more cautious of departure and approach angles with 2" less clearance. Pros: - makes it look taller if your into that - may slightly raise the body to improve cab clearance when offroad Negatives: - illegal in all Australian States - Worsen on road performance and handling - stress on particular chassis to cab components (medium modifications to ramify) - will worsen offroad performance when on cambered tracks (more likely to roll over) - Can be denied insurance claim and or sued - Attract police - if installed incorrectly, will have possible major chassis to cab damage. all up to the individual, but to me not worth it. If you wanted a big rig, dont buy a np300. buy a patrol or a Ram. at least on those or a twin live axle vehicle you can safely and legally (with engineering) raise the vehicles height up to 6 inches (depending on state to state) while also benefitting from flex. if it floats your boat, go for it i guess. but expect it to drive like one too :)
