This project still under construction and it's unbelievably delay due to unnecessary HSE practice.its sure safety is one of the key factor in construction industry, but in this project it's using in purposeless way and all subcontractors facing so many difficulties always imposing huge penalties in USD for minor issues this will impact for Project Progress for very badly

I would agree if there is an apartment from apart that build something like home apartment for shanitery with help of government to look gorgeous Colombo as it see with out come of sustain beauty and clean, no harm for them just evacuated them from the life of they live. In order to build a strong country people mind set and their attitudes should be change reach out to a global Sri lankan success. Havelock city is owned by Overseas Realty (Ceylon) the same people who own the world trade centre twin towers, it's a Sri Lankan company XD
