Jimmy Carr gave the W to Tom, Katherine said she only gave the W to Darren because of a joke on the end and Johnathan Ross said "it was too close for him to want to pick". So it was hardly a unanimous vote for Darren. His jokes weren't good. He wasn't anywhere as funny as Tom. The difference is night and day. It's obvious what's going on here 🤣. @@nickhimself It has been 11 months now, hopefully you have got yourself a dictionary and looked up the word "subjective". To be objective though, Darren literally died on stage during one of his jokes, they only get 5 jokes each, that is a 20% fail rate. Also, Toms jokes were a lot cleverer, Darren sounded like a kid in the playground with the way he delivered his simple 1 line insults. "Where's your accordion?" wow... that blew me away, he must have spent months working on that one, figuring out the correct order of the the 3 words must have been a huge challenge for him. Also again... Jonathan Ross is not actually a comedian he is a film critic and broadcaster, it is a bit like Simon Cowell judging talent when he obviously doesn't have any himself. Also.. once more why do you think that Darren should have said that Tom looks like a Dollar Store Austin Powers?? you realise this is a UK TV program with a mainly UK audience we don't have Dollar Stores here we have Pound Shops ffs. If he used your joke he would have bombed twice, but then again you sound American so it makes sense, you lot like to bomb things twice to get your message across.

I thought the "Where's your accordion?" joke was killer, because even though no one, myself included, got it, it completely stopped Tom's brain function for nearly a minute. He had absolutely nothing to comeback with. Darren blew his chance to crush Tom by waiting for laughs that never came instead of piling on more jokes while Tom was speechless.
