Any oven safe dish or even aluminium foil containers or any baking tray can be used in halogen oven 😊🙌

The whole cooking time is around 1 1/2 hr how much electricity it will consume? Was it costly?

Same as any normal oven. Also , you can reduce the cooking time by par boiling potatoes as chicken takes only around 40 minutes to cook.
