Everything I've cooked in this unit has come out great kzbin.infoUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB ! Everything tastes so good. Some of the recipes I've changed a little to improve the taste. For instance, for french fries which call for no oil, I spray them with olive oil and season them with salt and pepper. They come out great! It makes the best toast I have ever eaten. The recipe I use calls for lightly buttering both sides of the bread. It calls for cooking at 400 degrees for 5 minutes on one side and then 2 minutes on the other side. This time has a lot to do with the kind of bread you are using...so keep an eye on it. Also, the fans in this Ninja are a lot stronger than other air fryers. So lay a metal spoon or something on the bread to keep it from flying around. It's a little extra work to use your Ninja as a toaster but it is worth it!

That chicken is about half the size of normal grocery store chicken, it's about 1.5lbs, so a full size chicken will take longer to cook. Or you can use a cornish game hen, I hear those work fine.

@Loke21125 жыл бұрын
I have bumped this to the front of the line. I literally just finished grinding up some 5 spice in my new mortar and pestle. The only thing I am surprised about is that you don't talk about cooking to specific internal temperatures. I like to undercook my chicken and let it finish while resting. That looks amazing but if its dry it would ruin the entire meal for me. Is that air fryer available outside of Asia? Thanks for sharing your techniques are very interesting.

hi good eveing.. Can i know for the chicken do we need to poke using like toothpick as worries the marinated cannot asbored the marinated after bake the chicken will abit tasteless. For the marinated can we add little of honey or dry ltalian herb to make it taste more good and smell nice.. Many thanks for your time.. 🙏
@spicenpans6 жыл бұрын
Hi James. Yes you can use a toothpick to make holes on your chicken but it may not look very nice once cooked. Our chicken was pretty well marinated. Just make sure you flip the chicken once in a while when marinating so that all the flavour gets in the chicken. Yes you can add some Italian herb and honey too. For honey, I suggest that you dilute it with equal amount of water (say 1 tbsp of honey with 1 tbsp of water) and then baste it on the chicken about 8 mins before cooking is completed. Happy cooking!
