I applaud your bravery! I’ve never attemped to roast a duck! But YOU did…learning that you never want to again! I laughed out loud! Thank you for sharing that there’s always something to learn in the kitchen and that this du k must have high cholesterol!

The only reason to eat out is to order something you can't have at home. Duck is on my list -- but I'm not fond of it so I'll order a burger instead 😂
