@@sevi7874 yo man. This made me 😂 all these years later… you need to be a bit more specific. How many ppl are you cooking for? What ingredients do you like or not etc. how big is the fish gonna be. I will try my best and answer.

@@conjigalo hey man, imma still do a sea bass it’ll be a whole one each fillet for one person, I’m thinking of doing everything in the recipe probably adding a starch to it like rice… this is all for my college, thanks a bunch, can’t beleive this worked!😂😂

@@sevi7874 no worries bro. I’m guessing by your diction that you’re from the US ? Can you get samphire over there? And potted shrimps have their own unique taste. Both salty. Onions, garlic and wine do as much as you like. I generally do 5 big garlic and one big onion for 4 ppl. About a third of a bottle of white and then drink the rest while cooking 😉 I only use as much thyme as shown in the vid because it is a strong herb. Make sure you reduce your stock to burn the alcohol from the wine, otherwise it is really bitter. Cook the fish 90% skin side down and turn it flesh side just before serving. Hope this helps?
