KEWPIE INSPIRED ROASTED SESAME DRESSING
• 2 Tbspn sesami seeds, roasted
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tspn rice vinegar (feel free to use regular vinegar, lemon or kalamansi juice- acidity usually is higher so reduce amount to be used)
• 1 tspn soy sauce
• 1 tspn sesame oil
• 1- 2 tsp water, adjust as you wish
• 1/2 tspn sugar (add more or less)
Note: Adjust seasoning/s to your preference, whatever makes your taste buds happy! 😋
