The bullet lives on.. she has been upgraded with a V2 upgrade kit and is doing amazingly. I roast 3-5 batches of 1kg every day to supply the demand. Thank you Dario for this wonderful machine, she's a work horse and makes me amazing coffee.

That’s amazing Maurice! Thanks for the update. I have such fond memories of the bullet and I learned SO MUCH roasting on it! Happy roasting in 2021 🙌🏼

Great video! I'm a hobbyist roaster and just bought the Bullet after considering Golden GR 0.5kg. I went with the Bullet mainly because I had to mod to roaster to get variable air control and drum control. Thanks!

Hello, I'm wanting to get into roasting but I have no idea where to even begin! I am a barista and I have been for 2 years now. Do y'all have any recommendations on where to begin?

Same bro, im planning of start a roastery this year!

It’s difficult to say exactly what you should do. If you plan to start a roastery, you’ll need financial resources, a business idea and lots of determination... and the skill to roast :) if you plan to work at a roastery, I’d suggest doing an SCA course, maybe a Scott Rao course and then applying to every roastery you can!

If we don't get a Loring, then what can be the next choice you can recommend?
@BluebirdCoffeeRoastery3 жыл бұрын
Our options outside of Loring were Genio, Diedrich and Giesen. We chose Genio and we are happy with the choice :)

wich size of machine will you recomend me to buy if my goal its to sell 200kg a month?
@BluebirdCoffeeRoastery3 жыл бұрын
It all comes down to how much you plan to grow, if at all, and how frequently you want to roast. 50kgs a week can be achieved on a 1kg machine if you’re happy to roast two or three times a week!
