I’ve always been. An intuitive cook. Although I am extremely new at roasting coffee, My kitchen skills, along with having roasted seeds and nuts a fair bit, seems to have translated into me achieving a very even roast.
I figured a video of what I am doing will both show that you can start roasting on the cheap and will invite any experienced roasters to leave tips on improving on what I’m doing.
The coffee is as good as I’ve ever had anywhere in the world.
