This video is another top video i had seen on the internet which is a very good educational video. One comment I have is it is not a good idea to wash coffee with a soap. I had seen many peoples do the same. The reason being coffee been by nature have its aroma and if washed with soap it will loss those beutiful aroma. Secondly, coffee is one of the crops which very fast and easily absorb smell from its surroundings. So if you wash it with a soap it may take some smell from the soap which will have a negative effect on your final brew. Therfore once you discarded the defective beans washing and rainsing only with pure water is sufficeint. Dont use any solvent or soap while wahsing. Keep up the good work boys! 💪💪💪💪

I'll say this, using plastic to start a fire and using soap to wash the beans, is one of the dumbest thing I seen so far. As an Ethiopian, this is not how we do it. Green coffee beans will absorb any smell, using soap will give you soap scented beans!
