Ty for reviewing my home screen! My explanation for stock apps main page: I like having all the Apple apps front and center because I use them alot. And I like the aesthetic of the all the Apple apps together. The flashlight app isn’t an app but a shortcut. The flashlight shortcut gives you more precision on the brightness of your flashlight so I have mine set to the dimmest option. I did end up clearing out some storage so my dock would reappear 😅

7:37 That’s my home screen! :) I hadn’t even thought about the 2 web browsers in the dock before. The folder in the dock imo is good because i can access sms and important messaging no matter which home screen page i’m on. I’ve kept the mail notifications at 1940 because i cannot be bothered to mark them all as read and i know if i have new mail if the notification number is above 1940 :) edit: you missed a fourth web browser, bing. And yes, i have heard of and use the app drawer

You know what really bothers me? The iPad, that I got from School. My School doesn’t allow us to change the Home Screen Layout for some reason, so I am Stuck with the Layout that the School set up. The first Page is fine. There are 11 folders. 10 of them make sense, they have multiple apps in them sorted in logical and useful categories. The last one is weird because there is only one App inside. And then there are three Apps that are not in a folder with is also weird but I can live with that. Then there is the infuriating second page... There is just one folder, called Apple, with only two Apps inside, Freeform and Weather. Bro please who ever is responsible for this home screen, please put this folder on the first page or even better get rid of the folder and put the weather in the other Apple folder on the first page and put freeform in the Office folder on the first page!!!

Like not being able to install programs and a lot of settings are restricted. I think my school can even monitor what I’m doing with this device since it’s still a school PC that’s connected to their domain. Edit: A few websites are also forbidden. (Not exactly sure what you mean with you second comment, but I’m not a native speaker.)
