Bruh...I looked at Chris Benoit's workout split. He'd do Chest and Triceps, Back and Biceps, Shoulders and Traps and legs at 15-18 sets. And do 6 days of cardio.

Just because you do alot of work on a bodypart doesn't equate to them growing. Bodybuilders actually train way less on bpdyparts then this to have room for them to grow. Plus genetics is a factor.

@@dvfb76 1. Police said he died on Sunday when the autopsy said he died on Saturday. Why is this important chavo got a text Sunday morning from Benoit phone with his addres why would Benoit sent chavo his address when he has been there many times. 2. Nancy has no defensive wounds and the way they say Benoit attacked her you tell me no one in a quiet neighborhood heard Nancy screaming and called the cops on a quiet Saturday afternoon. 3. Benoit has alcohol and pills next to his body the weight machines he did not test positive now someone as dedicated as Benoit would never drink and work out so he didn’t put them there. 4. A wrestler told police look into Kevin Sullivan they never did 5. The last person to talk to Benoit was chavo the last thing he said someone knocked on his door he sounded worried and said I will call you back and never did. 6. There was a note Benoit rote to end his life if Benoit was in a delirious state like they say how would he be conscious enough to right a note

Also Benoit left a voicemail on Chavos phone stating his intentions to go to the house show he loved chavo if he planned on going ending his life why would he not contact chavo again and let him know. Also it’s been proven the weight machine he rigged himself up to it’s impossible for one man to hang himself a video on KZbin showed how it was impossible I think it’s been deleted I haven’t been able to find it. My theory: police say no forced entry so immediately made Benoit the prime suspect because they saw alcohol at the scene and they do what police do if you are the prime suspect you are guilty until they rule you out. Btw Kevin Sullivan openly stated he would kill Benoit one day and it’s very interesting Nancy body was completely destroyed almost over kill like it was personal.
