Coaching fooball might be the toughest of the coaching jobs and as a football coach I can genuinely say that out of all the coaches out there, probably 30-40% really know football at high level. Now out of all the football players how many can run a 4.3? Beat an all-pro corner? Beat an NFL OT? How many basketball players can guard an NBA PG? Or shoot over 50% from the field in the NBA? Thats the diffence when talking about competitive sports...the players are the 1% and should be. Could all these coaches and front office people eventually got jobs on their own? Rob is 99% on point. Only thing I disagree with is Bronny never playing a minute in the G-League as long as Lebron is a Laker. Even Lebron would allow that to happen because when they/JJ Redick realizes Bronny doesn't belong, Lebron would know it's best for Bronny and his development to get playing time in the G-League. He's get some games to start the season but they'll quickly realize he's not ready. Only reason he'll get those games is because of Lebron. Everything else is accurate though. Honestly I never thought I'ld say this about a kid that just got drafted to the NBA but I feel bad for bronny. The expectations on this kid already are unreasonable and it's even worse being on the same team as LeBron cause some players and coaches will treat him differently (good and bad) and opposing players are gonna go at bronny to be a headline. And Im sorry but being drafted to a pro sport is completely different than some rich dude getting his son or nephew a job in a random company.

Whether you agree or don't with the decision to pick bronny, the fact is the media has done the 2024 draft class dirty. I don't have an issue with bronny getting drafted, but he is the 55th pick and he's the only person everybody is talking about. You can't blame lebron or bronny for that. Two things can be true at the same time. Nepotism exists in every aspect of American life. You name the situation. You'll find some form of nepotism. But not all nepotism is created equally. I look at Ken Griffey Sr. And Ken Griffey Jr. I believe that they played together on the Seattle Mariners making baseball history. Absolutely no on can argue that Ken Griffey Jr was actually better than his father and definitely one of the greatest baseball players of all time. I compare that to LeBron and Bronny. Its very hard to make a case to justify the Lakers drafting Bronny other than trying to appease LeBron. Bronny didn't earn it on merit!
