Rob Runs | St Mary's lighthouse to Seaton Sluice via a Waggonway | more of a run/walk really

St Mary's Lighthouse is on St Mary's (or Bait) Island, just north of Whitley Bay on the coast of North East England. The small rocky tidal island is linked to the mainland by a short concrete causeway which is submerged at high tide.
You can often see seal's sunbathing on the rocks around the lighthouse, which is now a visitor attraction.
Seaton Sluice is a harbor close by.
There are also numerous Waggonways around the area.
This was a run/walk from one to the other via the local waggonway.
