My grandparents had the same model. I remember staying there when I was real little. Spartan built airplanes during the war. These trailers were built with the same craftsmanship that went into their airplanes.

I love your home. Especially love the garden area and the pop of red on the wall! I used to live in a small home long before tiny houses were even a thing and I absolutely loved it. They force you to stay organized and tidy and You have so much less stress in your life.

My first home until I was 7 years old! Picture a 3 year old bathing in that kitchen sink. Ours didn't have an inside bathroom. The spaces at the trailer park in Bellflower CA had bath houses with a shower stall only....guess that's why I liked kitchen sink bubble baths. Family of four with my baby crib in the front room for a while there. It always bothered me we didn't have a chimney for Santa.

We have a 54 spartan. It has all maple wood walls ceiling and all. We lived in it for awhile but now just use it for storage. It is a very beautiful camper. The outside needs to be acid washed to bring back that shiny silver but it's in good condition. Built to last for sure.

I LOVE IT…..I sold a three BR home a year ago, and bought a 600 sq ft home on wheels and I LOVE IT as well. Best decision I’ve ever made. I pay $515 a month for the land and that includes water, and garbage pick up. I’m in CT and this is perfect for me since I too am retired on a fixed income.

It is beautifully done! I have used a washer/dryer, single unit, machine before while on vacation. I liked it, and it would open up more space for you (like for your printer, kitchen cabinet or whatever). Just an idea for when your current unit gives out.
