Wow, I actually find Doug to be a far superior commentator than Chris and Stapes. And I actually love Chris and Stapes. They would be saying the same things as Doug if they were sure of correct play... Without even saying who's better at the game, I just learn a lot more from Doug's critique. I guess it makes it boring for a lot of people. But I am a cash game grinder so I might be a "nerd-fan" of Doug, idk

Commentating is not your forté, Doug. Too much to critique. Overall, I only turned off due to Polk’s voice, pronouncing Duthie’s name wrong & telling everyone how you have to play poker. I’m sure Phil Ivey plays just like you, Doug.

Mike Dolloff Doug is a much better NLHE player than Ivey. and part of his job is to comment on the action, give advice to viewers on how to play certain spots without being too critical, and keep dead air to a minimum. I guess you're just new to poker, or totally ignorant. Doug might be annoying sometimes but he's certainly world class and you should listen to what he says and apply it to your game instead of whining like a child.
