John5 is my favorite guitarist, he's my idol for guitar and he's such a nice guy and is so down to earth. I could listen to him play all day. Especially his solo albums. Can't wait for the next on!! John is the best!

You can tell as soon as the interviewer asked John5 about how Manson was, John5 is like haha shit here we go. he knows the fans Fuckin LOVED when he played for Manson. I agree though that John is happier with Zombie. I'm happy for him and he is a HUGE inspiration to be a great guitar player.

I absolutely love what rob says at the end of this video about how metal bands are today. It's kinda conformist when it's supposed to be the most non-conformist things ever. I've thought that for a while now, but was never able to put it into words like that.

yeah, and he is so right. They are worried about image rather then the art of metal. Drives me nuts sometimes to watch some of the new stuff. For example, I love a lot of them, but A7X is in my opinion one of the worst about it. They do have that back stage friendship he is talking about that makes it fun, but I kinda think they are scared to do anything different other then flashy leads and this exact same sounding music over and over. But don't get me wrong, I still rock them. Look at Korn and how they started out as one of the first of their style, then they changed up a little, then they started playing with the dub step in their music.. and I think mixed it quite well. But point being, they are good at just being them and trying to do different "art".

getting jon 5 is one of the biggest blessing to rob zombie, i love rob as a person, very smart and a brilliant filmmaker, so much so he should leave music, since white zombie, his music has gone downhill and is weak, weak delivery, weak writing and just all around boring. jon 5 is great and needs to continue and rob should just stick to film directing.
