If you're in Warsaw between May and September, the Sunday Chopin concerts at Łazienki Park are a must.

I'm always sad that people miss Warsaw Metro system when visiting, some stations especially on M2 line are beautifull.

Awesome video! Perfectly done. Interesting shots with minimal commentaries, let the city defend itself. And it’s looking pretty good I must say. Of course thanks to your interesting selection of spots and taste 😜 you’re seasoned travelers!

Fun fact - none of the buildings in the "old town" are older than 70 years. They were all destroyed by the Germans during the war.

And rebuild exactly as the old ones based on the old pictures and saved floor plans and by using the old bricks from the rubble

Actually it is a reconstruction, using plans (including medieval ones) preserved in archives, as well as maps, paintings, engravings and photos from various eras, books about the Old Town written before the war and, importantly, using surviving fragments, decorations, etc. In the case of some houses, the fronts of the tenement houses survived, in all of them, the 13th and 14th century foundations survived, including extensive cellars and numerous underground corridors from the 15th and 16th centuries, connecting this part of the city, among others, with the Vistula coast. Interestingly, the beautiful Church of the Visitationists, one of the best examples of Baroque in Europe, also survived, and what is more - completely.
