I remember meeting her after my mother's horrific accident during the Queen's visit. She appeared at the hospital bearing flowers. My mother was in an iron lung and unconscious. The following day she reappeared with wrapped boxes of toys for me. I later learned that she was angered that the Royal tour didn't somehow acknowledge the accident. My mother fell from the seventh floor of an office building on University Avenue just as the queen passed by in a carriage. She was standing on a wooden chair and as the procession passed by her co-workers pressed forward and my mother toppled. I am forever grateful for the kindness and comfort Juliette gave to total strangers.

@@gatewayski1 CBC didn't re-release them. I was fortunate to find a good condition copy of her Juliette (sings) Country LP CBC has kept literally everything in cold storage from ..1930 up to yesterday, but .. just can't be bothered..

because they don't have to, of course there are good singers around today but if people will buy records of people who can't sing, why would record companies send out Talents scouts to find people who CAN sing? they understand human nature much better today, hence all the stupid "reality" TV people will watch whatever is on, reality TV like Goggle Box, survivor etc requires Zero talent and has very little production costs and just as many people will watch it as those that watch a show like , say The Big bang Theory that has highly paid actors, writers, directors etc and probably costs $7/10 million an episode, goggle Box costs $20 an episode(poetice license) and sells the same amount in advertising revenue, you don't have to give people what they want, you tell them what they want, 50 years ago people were the same.....but record companies, television executives didn't know just how stupid people were and how easy they are to train to do what you want them to do
