Love Robb and Machine Head, but this is a bad look. Singularly calling out a fan who PAID to be where they're at is fucked up. I agree that it sucks compared to the 90's, but he sounded like the guys that become their parents on a Progressive commercial. Stop touring if you're going to do this to people.
