G-17's incident report: "In the evening hours of August 8, 2024, I, Trooper Diondre Fuller responded to the area of Highway 67 and Highway 51 to assist the Prescott Police Department and Nevada County Sheriff's Department. The units pursued a White Ford pickup truck with no license. They advised he just committed a robbery and refused to stop. The units requested for me to take primary. I took primary in the pursuit with my lights and sirens activated and advised Hope Dispatch. The suspect vehicle began to drive extremely recklessly, driving into the wrong traffic lane with an excessive speed of 100 MPH. While fleeing, I positioned my vehicle to perform a Tactical Vehicle Intervention (T.V.I). I performed a T.V.I, by placing my front left bumper to the right rear bumper of the suspect vehicle. This action caused the vehicle to rotate clockwise. After the rotation of the vehicle, the operator was able to gain control of the vehicle and continued to flee eastbound on Highway 67 with excessive speeds of 110 MPH. The T.V.I caused me to rotate into the ditch also, I was able to recover and enter back onto the roadway and continue the pursuit. After a few miles of pursuing the white Ford Ranger, the vehicle left the roadway on the south shoulder and continued to flee in the ditch. The vehicle drove down a private driveway and continued through a wooded area. The vehicle came to a rest in the wooded area. I approached the vehicle on foot, while giving verbal commands. I observed the vehicle stuck and spinning its tires in an attempt to free the vehicle. Ryan Ginn refused to listen to my commands. He continued to spin the vehicle tires attempting to get the vehicle unstuck. Mr. Ginn continued to refuse to get out of the vehicle. A Clark County deputy and I approached the driver's side of the vehicle. We continued to give Mr. Ginn verbal commands. Mr. Ginn refused to listen to verbal commands. I used my baton to break the driver-side window and open the vehicle door. While issuing verbal commands, I pulled Mr. Ginn out of the driver seat and a deputy assisted me in handcuffing Mr. Ginn, double locking and checking for tightness. I escorted Mr. Ginn to my patrol vehicle. I searched Mr. Ginn before placing him on the passenger side of my vehicle. Nevada County Sheriff Deputies took Custody of Mr. Ginn and transported him to jail. Troop G dispatch advised the truck showed to be stolen from Johnson Ford Dealership. Bypass Wrecker service removed the vehicle from the field. Mr. Ginn was transported to the Nevada County Sheriff's office to be held for a first appearance."

Trooper Diondre Fuller, Troop G, was sworn in as ASP Trooper in April of 2024. His home town is Little Rock. The only other information I found about Trooper Fuller was an article dated June 29, 2018 titled "LRPD Cadets Man Phones, Take Hundreds of Calls" Quote: "Cadet Fuller works in the Little Rock Police Department Telephone Reporting Unit, a group of six cadets people can call to file police reports.... The 20-year-old works while waiting until he can apply to be a police officer. 'I love to feel like I’m needed… that makes me feel like I’m needed.'"

Start giving HEAFTY FINES to those that either take 5 minutes to move out of the passing lane or a blatant disregard for law enforcement or other emergency vehicles with activated lights. Beyond ridiculous!

As I have said before "Sufficient force" would result in immediate compliance and an end to all resistance. That is not "Excessive Force" or police brutality. "He wasn't complying, so I did what was necessary to make him comply. I accidentally broke his hand in the process. Oops!"

Those cargo pants with all the extra pockets can hold a bunch of stuff. Firefighters have huge pockets on their turnout pants and it is almost comical sometimes to see how much their pockets bulge with lots of stuff that can come in handy. Arkansas (and every other state) needs to pass a law making camping out in the left lane a moving violation, with failure to yield to any emergency vehicle a criminal offense. They can use dash cam footage to support a summons by mail. USA trucking definitely had no business in the left lane, and the idiot driving the pickup definitely needs to speak with a judge.

Small pet peeve... But it bugs me when they say "he just brake checked me" when the vehicle was in a completely different lane. He's just trying to avoid the PIT or sometimes setting up for a counter-PIT, though not in this case. But the first PIT / TVI had exactly the intended outcome, one vehicle in the ditch while the other stayed on the road. I'll give the guy in the truck some extra points for going off-road. But was that a 2WD? Though he lost points for getting stuck and more for getting caught. I want to see the video of the trooper reversing out of the woods though.
