Brandon, if you see this, look at around 33:05. You literally ask Robby “when did it click for you?” He begins to answer and then you cut him off and then keep talking and then bring in Pac when you never even let Robby Speak. Stop doing this bro. Your stifling your guests. Just you being there and throwing in your two cents and creating the vibe is enough. Stop needing so much to be heard. It’s about the guests.

I'm gonna be honest, when I first saw Robby Anderson's hair when he first came into the league. Since then, I have come to completely agree with his point about him doing it because it's what makes him most comfortable and feel like himself, and it makes me think how much pain it would've saved me if I understood him back in 2016 when I was naive. I'm so glad IAA gives athletes the opportunity to express themselves without having to deal with traditional media, and I hope people can learn from what they have to say

Rob Anderson is the perfect man that people from my race should listen to because he's real. he's not trying to impress the wannabes from my race and the bigots from other races that will talk behind his back if he does something they don't like because he's not like the way they want him to be. He's a man a real man not a cowardice man who is scared of what others will say about him just because the way he looks or Acts.

Give all praise and thanks and glory!! Sometimes individuals that have trials and tribulations tough beginnings learn the ins and outs of how life is supposed to be lived and enjoyed... When your life experiences torture your mind, you have to rise up from the dark demonic part of that experience... If you don't believe that's your choice.💭💭💭💭... But true logic with emotions. No, there's something that is bigger. Brighter and responsible for your existence... When tap into the deeper understanding of the light, you can let your light shine bright.... What I see is individuals that are full of ego and pride.. They're talking and acting like they did it all by themselves...🫥🫥🫥

Y'all don't keep the same energy with Shady or Pac Man when they cut people off but its really a testament of their excitement for certain people. What is missing throughout most of these comments is a person's CHARACTER. There is "confidence" and there is "arrogance" ...merely to point out two completely different traits. Then you have these traits interacting with others. The "others" also have their own personal traits. It is this "interacting" between traits where they work or they don't work. If they work, life is good. If they DON'T work ...that's when someone, or both, must either change or agree to compromise ...in order for things to work. Then there is the aspect of sincerity and honesty. If/when one is not sincere or honest and will not change, then the game is over. "I keep a chip on my shoulder ..." says it all. This kind of guy will ALWAYS be more work than is worthwhile. One quick example of this is Colin Kaepernick. It's just not worth the time and hassle to deal with anyone who thinks their interests, opinions, etc., are more important, no matter what the issue is. Very obviously arguing with the boss is NOT going to end well for the employee .....it doesn't matter what the business situation is ....in this case a "sport". Pack your bags and publicly request a transfer ....or just plain tell HR you're quitting. It doesn't matter what the contract says. You follow what the boss says ....or that's the end of it. Trying to make amends will NEVER work. Once an employee has any kind of conflict, there is no turning around or changing after the fact. Once damage is done, there is no reversing the situation. It is permanent ....no matter WHAT the experts say .....and no matter who is right or wrong. Just listening to the choice of words and the body language in particular spells problems. This guy is NOT a team player. Of course he thinks he is ....but he is going to disagree with anyone and everyone ...simply because he thinks he is right and he is the best. If I was a player on this team, I most certainly would NOT give my 100% ....ever. He is ARROGANT .....and most people HATE arrogant people. The other players chuckling and ultimately laughing at his statements is very clear evidence they do NOT agree with literally anything he says ....and when a quick, light-hearted response happens....he doesn't listen but rather attempts to defend himself. And, like, these guys, like, really don't, like, know how to speak, like, English, like, yaknow, this is, like, what, yaknow, like, what happens, like, when you don't, like go to, yaknow, like, school, to, like, learn anything. .

People label a guy like Pac or Robbie as "problem" but they weren't. They were just maturing like the rest of us, part of maturing is knowing how to put yourself in better situations. They were doing what they were supposed to an extent, but yhe situations they matured from could have cost them everything. It is incredible growth to understand they had to put themselves first.

Keeping your identity physically is important IF POSSIBLE. The problem with this is that MOST people cannot get away with that same freedom in normal society. This concerns tattoos everywhere and hairstyles; it is tolerated in entertainment/sports because it is allowed and part of the organic ethos. Entertainers are role models (especially in our community ) and young people follow their example. It is not about freedom of expression ....it is about understanding the environment you are in and positioning yourself to have sustainability. That's the message THAT should come from athletes and entertainers. Very few will have a chance to make a living as an entertainer /athletes. Everyone, else must adapt to the norms of their society and move accordingly. This type of expression (hairstyles and tattoos everywhere) is gaining traction BUT is not at the level of entertainment/athletes. I say this as a former CEO and Finance leader. I am from the same type of background as most athletes and I definitely did not sell out. But...I knew if I wanted to have the success I had/have.....I had to represent the environment I was in. This is especially true for black men.
