The talent pool is already too watered down in some division to have a weight class every 10 pounds. Can you imagine breaking up welterweight middleweight and light heavyweight divisions up into that many more weight classes? Plus probably splitting the rest of the division talent as well. Then what do you do with the heavyweights bring in a a bridgerweight division and a super heavyweight division? Where you steal half the light heavyweights and all the smaller heavyweights? Those divisions are so shallow as it stands they struggle to have heavyweights on every card.
