Police cars are usually pretty common and standard looking vehicles with a few extra lights and antennas thrown on, but every once in a while, you come across one that stands out from the crowd; such as Robbie's customized hot rod 1987 Chevy Caprice 9C1 in the 1996 film Black Sheep!
