Robbie Williams opens up about his depression when writing 'Feel'

I was also the most depressed I had ever been when Feel was released. Whenever I listen to it now it reminds me of that time, and makes me feel grateful for today. Thanks for writing and releasing that song Robbie.

Yeah, the lyrics show it plainly. Those are from a lonely, depressed heart looking for a connection and love.

Wow i always wondered what pop stars like Robbie did off the stage to stay right there at the top, there all in bed! I think i can work that into my routine!, and whats more i should more often! Thanks Robbie Williams!

Sorry to Guy Chambers however Robbie did She's the One WAY better than World Party... more heart, more feeling, and far better vocals!!!! Him hating Robbie doing it kinda smacks of jealousy, and you know maybe jealousy for his success was quite a big part of the hate for Robbie during the heights of his career!!

Robbie doesn't sing on many of the songs in the film Better Man. Does he sing on the re-recordings in this new album?

Yes he re recorded them. Rock DJ is the original version vocals though.

I read Robbie used to go round saying he wrote She's The One. I get he's admitting it now, but with someone he regarded highly, why'd he used to say that about it then? As long as Robbie and Guy wrote the other songs I'll let it go. Well done another no.1 album.

Rob said that he RECORDED She's The One & that Karl Wallanger hated that Rob recorded it. Never heard that he claimed to have written it, just that Rob loved the song. I remember, way back, Rob saying that what he paid to record She's The One would be able to help Karl with his illness he was sadly going thru at the time.
