Rubber gaskets, like what come with a lot of fender flare, would be the best bet for sealing it against the weather

Looks great Robbie. Hit all those fresh cut/drilled sheet metal edges with some rustoleum sealing primer or your body will rust very quickly. Paint and clear coat prevents that from factory, but without it will rust within a few months.

So, I have a 2021 Camry TRD and there's a widebody kit by Battle Aero. I'm discussing the idea on Toyota Nation forums and getting hated on for even thinking I can do it myself. Looks great. Cool idea about the fiberglass to hold the mounting bolts. You could also use 3M Panel Bonding Adhesive to hold them. That's what they use to glue panels instead of welding these days. Strong stuff. 👌

Robbie what you could do is have one of your friends scan those parts and then 3-D print them with a Amber clear film it so it looks like a real turn light or you could do it in a clear and just use an amber bulb or LED
