At this point probably in his late 60s, doing 60lbs overhead pullovers AND giving detailed technique in conversation with Ric, what a legend. What men these two are!

I remember when I was a kid, Robby competed in a regional show held in my hometown and I got to meet him after the show. He was a super nice guy and he autographed my program for me. His thighs looked like they were going to rip his pants apart. Of course he won the show easily. I also got to meet the great Boyer Coe who was the guest poser. He was also a very nice gentleman. This was about a year before Robby hit it big but he was almost as good as Boyer then. Both men are class acts.

Yo bro, I 1000% agree with you. This man is a living legend in bodybuilding. Someone that the working out world needs to respect and recognize. The problem is that there are too many people who either look at him like he's nobody and don't respect him, or, you got guys in here that leave dumb comments and are jealous because Robby looks better physique wise than 90% of the young people and people his age in America. Robby Robinson is a living legend.

This video series and your channel are of the highest order Ric! Robbies tips are what make the difference and where I train in the UK i see 95% of pepole using horrendous technique, its quite scary to watch. Saw Robby in seminar in the 80's and in my opinion he has the best arms ever in bodybuilding. Yes, better arms than Arnold & Flex etc so please pass that comment on to Robby next time you see him. Looking forward to more from both Robby and yourself Ric. Staying hungry! Cheers Barry UK :)

Well developed chest or arms or legs has alot to do with proper training and nutrition.. however, genetics plays a massive part in regards to certain body parts becoming well developed. I know some people who don't train at all, but they have excellent legs, or arms, or shoulders.. but no short cuts if you want to have killer physique! Train hard, eat Right, listen to this master and take his advice! Legend..

Yes I was just wondering I always enjoyed lifting weights and doing it the classical way but now I'm unhappy year ago how is diagnosed with esophageal cancer down in the junction so I'm going through Cancer Treatments now be 67 November I was wondering I can't really do push-ups because it got a port in my upper chest I don't want you stressing it or maybe pulling out and I have trouble doing overhead lifts I can't do that because I can fill the pool when it hurts I was wondering are there exercises with light weight that I can do to fix the shape and tone my body

Idk my reasoning would be to keep it at 90 because it is a less of a stretch in the BICEP and so it's easier to concentrate on the chest contraction it's also easier on the shoulders

Sorry to contradict you, guys, but anatomically, it doesn't make any difference whether you twist your forearms at the top. It's the same impact on the chest muscle, since it doesn't change the angle of the upper arm's movement.
