Trump passed no major legislation in four years except for giving a giant tax cut to wealthy. Under Biden at least three significant legislation have been passed - Inflation Reduction Act, Build Back Better Infrastructure Legislations, CHIPS Act. There was also a bipartisan Immigration Reform Legislation going to pass if Trump did not derail it. The economy under Biden is showing incredibly resilience and no recession hit the U.S. economy as forecasted by the right wing media over last 3.5 years. But Trump bungled a good economy due to his mismanagement of the pandemic. If he had just managed the Covid-19 pandemic little competently, there was no reason he should not have been reelected. If the economy remains strong as it is now, Biden should fairly easily win his reelection despite what polls say. At the end of the day all that matters is the economy that makes an incumbent reelected.
