I thought the part of the lip sync where Suzie wasn’t moving her mouth was because she was tapping the Morse code of the lyrics. 1:11:57

I think in Acacia's case, the other girls just didn't really see her. Like, despite her name, she was forgettable to them. What I think screwed her over was not having another kicker in her performance, like really really emphasizing the jokes in her song, like other queens did Like Suzie and Jewels. It just fell flat because although she sounded great, it is a one minute performance and she doesn't have a lot of time to really punch in the jokes in her song, so you can miss the jokes. She played guitar and sang a song, but for Drag Race you need to up it to another level to really stand out. I also think her runway look was the worst of the night, which also could've been a factor in her being rated last. I also found her to be a little confusing, like she's a country queen and she emphasizes a lot about her being influenced by country music, but in the entrance you go for an 80's look and an 80's reference? That didn't work for me personally. I think in general, it's kind of like another Megami situation, where the other girls really don't see her, which can be frustrating, but if you're coming out the gate not being memorable, then that'll bite you in the ass 100%.

I feel like y’all should know that lucky starzzz IS the drag daughter of nina bonina brown, but that isn’t mentioned on the show because I think nina has a bad relationship with WOW. I don’t like nina because I personally believe she was transphobic about gottmik and has said some other questionable things. There is also speculation that lucky and Nina’s relationship is estranged now so it’s all very messy and we don’t know the exact truth. I would recommend researching around a bit for info bc I don’t know all the details and I may have gotten something a bit wrong.

Enjoyed the podcast, disagreed with so many opinions! The gag of the tapping was she was doing the song in “morse code” like her talent. It would have ruined it if she was lip syncing at that part. That’s why she pointed to her feet!
