Ronaldo, not in these clips, but at one point was playing for Manchester United mere hours after finding out that he had lost his daughter. Also, the reason he shows such emotion in clips where he has lost a game or such simply shows how much he truly cares. This simple fact is often lost on people who have discontent towards him (so very evident in some commenters). Also most of his career comes following the loss of his father who provided him with a very troubled upbringing, if you're interested check out his Piers Morgan interview, it is very moving.

Apparently some people don't know the difference between real loss, like losing your loved one or seeing your teammate die in front of you and loss like losing a football game. Baffling.
@Londronable9 ай бұрын
People who don't care don't reach that level though. You can argue that to reach the top you need to be a bit deranged when it comes to that.

And apparently some people don't know what football means to some players, especially when they're from poor countries. But yeah, please continue to run your smart, privileged mouth.

@@comedicsociopathy I think you're missing something. This desire to win is something that takes effect from a young age. We're talking about 7 year olds wanting to win. Not 17 year olds looking to break through. The thing I'm talking about finds place long before money is involved.

5:30 In FOOTBALL we honor our greats, all greats. Kobe grew up in Italy, big AC Milan fan, spoke fluent Italian. The FOOTBALL world knows he is one GOAT just like how Beckham wore 23 in honor of MJ.

This video they were watching didnt really give all the context to some of the sad moments here, like for the Ronaldo ones were him going through hard stuff, like in the Euro 2004 he lost his dad in the middle of the match and was informed during it, so he was crying not just because Portugal lost, but also he lost his dad. Another would be, though it wasnt in this video, when he went back MU, one of his children was stillborn and he was treated like crap by the manager at the time.

G'day Guys! For a bit of context the last one to Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha was in tribute to the owner of Leicester City Club who managed to from nowhere win the Premier League. However in October 2018 after a home game a helicopter landed on the pitch to take Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha home but it spun out of control on take off and all on board were killed in the flaming crash... Cheers!

Yall have to understand, ronaldo didnt just lose a football game. Not only football is literally is LIFE but he lost a kid too so your « i dont feel bad just fot that » just shows how blinded you are by your hate of a player when its the human that suffered there

The Eriksen match was in Copenhagen / Denmark. And there were many inside to watch the match. he went into cardiac arrest and was dead for 5 minutes.

Eriksen collapsed during a match for Denmark (so not his own club, but his country). I was there when he played his first match back for Denmark. It was in The Netherlands and there were not many people cheering for Denmark in the stadium. He came back on the field just after half-time. That was already enough for a big applause from the audience. 10 minutes later he scored a goal. I don't think I have ever heard that loud of a cheer in that stadium ever again. Everyone in the stadium was cheering for his goal, even the people who were cheering for the Dutch team! It really confused my sister as well. She worked at that stadium back then and was standing in the ticket control area when the goal happened. She used to be in charge of that area, and she had learned to understand what was happening based on the noise from inside the stadium. She had never heard a noise that loud come out of the stadium before. Her team had to look up online what was happening as they just had no clue what this could mean.

If you empathise with ronaldo, you have some character defects as Ronaldo is a very selfish person.
