"We needed to reinvent ourselves, learn a ton of new things, but more importantly, unlearn an equal amount," shares Antje Scheidler in her "the spark" talk.
At 15 years of age, she experienced the fall of the Berlin Wall and the regime in East Germany, which marked the beginning of a challenging new era filled with excitement and uncertainty.
Thirty-five years later, Antje leads the democracy team at the Robert Bosch Stiftung. In her talk, she reflects on the legacy of our company founder, Robert Bosch, and his principle of being humane and respecting human dignity - a principle that continues to inspire the many activities and initiatives of the foundation. Her life story and professional journey have solidified her belief in these principles, shaping how we live, work together, and handle challenges. Through mutual respect, and openness to learn, and more importantly unlearn all that no longer brings value.
