"We were questioned or criticized so often, we joked that frequency of criticism should be one of the key performance indicators for the innovation process at Bosch," admits Marwin Rieger. In his " the spark" talk, he shares a story of how a GenAI (generative artificial intelligence) use case at Bosch was born.
Marwin is chief digital officer at Bosch Service Solutions and in his talk, he recalls how he and his team decided to meet a major challenge head on. They decided to use GenAI to improve their odds. It was far from easy, but as Marwin explained, the team had just the right attitude. They realized that to succeed, striving for perfection was not going to save them. In his words, "quick and good enough" turned out to be the answer.
