Robert Dover: Riding the One Tempi's - It's Like Milking a Cow

Well since I have never milked a cow I am not going to pretend that this analogy makes it sound any easier but these are the words of wisdom from US olympic team coach Robert Dover when he talks about learning the timing and rhythm of the one tempi flying changes in dressage.
