It’s all over. This journey is done, and I really hate it. I started watching these movies 9 years ago. And to have to sit in a theatre this Saturday and watch it all end, it breaks my heart. This was our Starwars. This was our childhood. Nothing will ever make me forget all of the good times with family, friends, or even ex-friends while watching these movies. That's the problem with DC. They have to change all the characters we love very frequently. We love Batman, but we cannot seem to connect with him because DC cannot stay with one actor. That's what Marvel did right. It stuck to what it thought was right. DC on the other hand, cannot seem to decide what kind of universe it wants to describe. In the Batman Trilogy, it formed a very dark and formidable world. In Justice League, not so much, in Shazam, well, you know. Marvel gas kept the same formula (although a little tweaks) and that's why people live it. I was just saying that Heath Ledger did Justice to the character of Joker, as RDJ did to Iron Man. You can cast any actor, but to find a man so dedicated to a character is a very herculean task.

He was damn lucky Marvel took a chance on him- ‘cause Marvel had Tom Cruise in their sights, and, no disrespect, TC could have delivered Tony Stark for them. RJD was a brilliant talent and HUGE risk- his drug abuse and convictions made him uninsurable. Remember, Downey threw away about 15 years when he was messed up. I’m glad he got the chance- I can feel pieces of his own story in Tony Stark- and we’re damn lucky to have had him!
