what's the point of bashing teenagers about their musical taste? I listened to some pretty questionable music when I was one. Their musical taste is still evolving. And who cares if other people listen to other music? Do you need the validation of other people to appreciate something? There's nothing sad about this, in the contrary, I think Robert Finley couldn't be enjoying the attention any more than he does. I don't think he'd ever dreamt of getting the well-deserved attention he's receiving right now. He's humble enough to be gratefull about it instead of being bitter about what could've been. I'm gratefull that I got to know his music thanks to Dan Auerbach and that's all that matters. to me.

I just saw him on America's got talent and he was fantastic and when they interviewed him when he was talking about loosing his sight you take what you get and move on made cry because I am older black person with many health problems and that helped try to have the energy to get up and go to work in the morning even though I am in pain in my body.
