His Mom did a phenomenal job raising him. He was just 2 when his Dad passed, so he basically has to live off of videos to know his Dad. And you can tell he emulates his Dad, and does a great job.

It's a pity the staff at Australia Zoo aren't treated with the same respect. Toxic workplace, experieced qualified staff getting replaced by inexperienced unqualified staff who wouldn't know one end of a koala from the other. I've never particularly liked Steve Irwin. I found him too brash and annoying. If I want to learn about animals, I'll watch a Sir David Attenborough video.

Thing is he is always respectful of his guests. Like how we are when we have guests over at home. We make an effort to make them feel welcome and comfortable. Not so much DNA as it is having literally hundreds (probably thousands) of hours of footage of his father who died before he was even 3 years old. It is strange as well because he would have been too young to even communicate with his dad never mind becoming his mirror image. Honestly, Robert needs his own segment on a show, Fallon or otherwise, where he shares his knowledge with viewers, or he just needs his own show or youtube channel. Like an animal a week or something. He's so passionate and so fun, and just in ten minutes here I've learned a great deal! He is such a benefit to the world, and would be even more so if he had a regular platform to showcase this wildlife to us. Bravo, sir, I thoroughly enjoy when you do these bits.
