@@paddingtonbear5172 you gotta find something else to do mate, ya got about 10 comments on this channel trying to tell the Irwin family how to live. They’re carrying on Steve’s legacy, what do you expect them to do? Without Steve none of this is possible. And with the money made, it goes back into doing what Steve loved, helping and conserving wildlife.

Already at age 17, Robert Irwin can walk into any zoo and get paid top dollar to be a zoo tour guide.

And it's not even because of his family. He's actually deserving of that spot which is incredible
@matthewbaker55983 жыл бұрын
I don’t think he’ll go to a different zoo, ever. I mean his family owns their own zoo. If he’s anything like his dad, it’s not about money either. I’m betting whatever they make they put a huge heap of it back into the zoo and conservation. Steve was the best. I do understand and know what your saying about how knowledgeable he is on animals
@kungflupenguin10673 жыл бұрын
@@matthewbaker5598 anything like his dad? Steve would be so proud of the man Robert is turning into. Watching Roberts shows makes me think it's Steve at times. Truly the greatest Australian family. All of them are incredible.
@kungflupenguin10673 жыл бұрын
@Blass it's to do with his passion and love for animals and being heavily influenced by his family. Just you saying that I can tell you aren't Australian. He obviously had a head start because his family owns the zoo but if he didn't have the same passion as them he wouldn't be there and putting in as much effort as he does.

I just rewatched the hunt for the deadliest snakes with Steve Irwin this morning for the first time in a long time and I was blown away when it got to #1 with what happened that day with the fierce snake or inland taipan and how he and Wes by dirt bike rode way out in the middle of nowhere and found a fierce snake and Steve laid down next to it completely still and the most venomous snake in the world licked his face and slithered right next to him with no worries like it knew he wasn't a threat and just watching that one made me sweat, Steve Irwin is an absolute legend but his work and message continue and wish I could have met him, maybe one day I can visit Australia Zoo.

Feels like just yesterday Steve was showing everyone around the zoo in the snake section. The only difference between him and Robert is that Steve would've grabbed every single snake he was talking about to show the camera. No matter how venomous it was. He felt the need to always show us the animal sup close and personal.

That’s always my favourite area in Australia Zoo. I could spend hours watching the snakes. I’d love to see the signage information updated at some point however. Some of the information, I.e. Latin names on some of the species is outdated by well over a decade. Great exhibit nonetheless.
