Classical music often incorporates imagination and expression of nature. The harmonies meld with the sounds of nature, crafting a musical experience akin to a mystical natural landscape.

Wow! These obscure works coming out of obscurity sure are a real treat. Thank you, Bartje!

The elegance of chamber music of the 19th century German (speaking) musical romanticism is very well exhibited in this gem of the twilights and early dawns...

It sounds very beautiful, the piano makes everything sound very perfect and wonderful, and the octaves of the violin make it sound very majestic

This work is almost the antithesis of Ravel's second violin sonata. Whereas Ravel strove to prove the piano and violin couldn't be less alike, here Kahn manages to blend the sound so naturally with the strings that even when he has the piano or the strings take over melodies from the other it is utterly seamless.

20:55 And suddenly... Jazz!
@dpetrov32 Жыл бұрын
jesus christ why do you people insist on labeling any rhythmical passage as "jazz" lmao. every video of classical music has one of these comments. wow sounds like jazz! wow thats exactly like my jazzerino! wow do these two notes of Monteverdi remind anyone else of jazz??! let me guess, you think the third variation in Beethovens op. 111 arietta is "jazzy" right? how radical and chic!

@@dpetrov32 Wow, bottled up anger much? Yes, Op.111 is jazzy as well, not only because of its bouncy swing but also because of certain voice leadings. Was it called jazz back ten? Of course not. But it’s 2023 and we have a whole history to reference to. To take it even further, a lot of improvised baroque concerti are very jazzy avant la lettre. But by all means, do stay in your bubble and yell at clouds whenever a hyperbole is used on the internet.
