Part 1: • Robert Ladd on Joining...
--------
Robert Ladd has detailed his experience testifying before a grand jury in the indictment of Keefe D for the murder of 2Pac. The house of Keefe's wife in Henderson, Nevada, was raided in July 2023, with Keefe D arrested in Las Vegas on 29th September. Ladd emphasized that Keefe D had been boldly and publicly hinting at his own culpability for years. Ladd's testimony involved explaining the intricacies of gang life, specifically the rivalry between the Crips and the Bloods, and the possible motive for 2Pac's killing. Despite initial difficulties, Keefe D has now secured legal representation though he remains in custody due to an inability to post his $750,000 bail. Ladd also commented on rumors of Keefe D being attacked in prison and alleged threats made against witnesses, suggesting that these factors are overshadowing the prosecution's case.

Keefe D probably could've still gotten away with all these interviews he did if he wasn't living right there in Vegas where the infamous crime happened, flaunting it so blatantly right in front of the local cops is what finally made them do something about it.

@@space_dogg I wouldn’t say it’s that gangs have or don’t have the power, it’s just that anybody is prone to attack at any given time. Pac was amongst the people, so it was easy to get him, sadly. Not to mention, Keefe D and Orlando were high rollers and were likely sitting on millions. They probably had more money and power (on a street level) that Pac.

The bond is stated by the judge if it’s going to be a $20k 10% surety bond, or a $100k no surety bond. Surety is weather or not you have to put up the collateral. Usually high bonds are no surety.
@tomking7080
@tomking7080 6 ай бұрын
Usually high bonds are ALL CASH bonds. I’ve heard a lot of people say that his $750,000 bond is only $75,000 that it’s 10%. They obviously don’t know how a bond works. The 10% is what you pay the bondsman for posting your $750,000 bond. But you have to give the bondsman collateral that’s worth $750K as well. Like a house or car usually. That 10% is the bondsman’s fee that you don’t get back. That $75,000 is going into the bondsman’s pocket. Because if you run the bondsman is responsible for your bond amount. That’s why he has that collateral,so he’s not out $750K
@ScruMi2
@ScruMi2 6 ай бұрын
@@tomking7080 lol, no that’s not how it works. I gave specifics, your correcting what here? No when a judge says $10k 10% surety. That means you only have to put up 10% of the $10k bond. Nothing to do with the bail bondsmen pay. lol you get your bond back if your not found guilty. Or you lose it towards your court cost and fines. Regardless, surety means you “DON’T” have to collateralize the portion of the bond you don’t pay in cash. No surety means you “DO” have to collateralize the portion of the bond you don’t pay in cash.
@tomking7080
@tomking7080 6 ай бұрын
@@ScruMi2 I’ve had plenty of bonds before and if you have a $100,000 bond and you don’t have the $100K cash to pay you have to use a bondsman. The bondsman is going to charge you 10% and he is going to need something as collateral that’s worth the $100K. If you get found not guilty you go to the bondsman and he gives you the collateral back,like the deed to your house or title to your car,but he keeps the 10%. That’s how a bond works. Like I said I’ve had a few of them unfortunately when I was younger

@@tomking7080 you absolutely will not find a single bondsman who is going to put up $90,000 in cash while you put up $10,000 in cash fora $100k bond. It’s not hiking up happen.
