This was part of a Benefit Concert by several artists to aid the Homeless, with Rescue Ministries of Mid-Michigan (r3monline.org/) / Good Samaritan Rescue Mission (gsrmbaycity.org/) helping to collect donations.
The show, called "96 Tears Day," was held at Wenonah Park, Bay City, Michigan.
