God helps those who help others through others. These brothers are helping others and we have there family's churches great spirit of sharing and caring that make his grace she'd on thee. I'm from Ohio I have been blessed to be exposed to the tradition of the sacred steel. I heard Bro. Ted play when I was a little boy. I grew up playing guitar for our local quartets here. The Mighty sons of God . The Gospel Cloud s of Joy. D. Morgan and I are musical family.. The music of the black African American church is the most powerful. I love where I come. I was on a tour in Spain with another group. That Bro. Aubrey G was on soul matters to the world.

I came up in the Campbell brothers' generation. I KNEW that one day this would get out. This was just TOO good a sound to keep bottled up. This is just the beginning.

My cousins play this thing and I never knew what it was. The Elders in the church passed it down to the boys from generation to generation at their church and the girls would sing so beautifully but I have seen a young girl on the guitar. The children were taught how to play this along with the several other instruments; but this way of playing is so different. Other praise break music from so many churches is played so fast that you can't dance but 10 - 15 seconds then your out of breath, but with the way COLG does it, they'll have everybody shouting from the slow songs to the faster ones. It gets you out of your seat whether you want it to or not. Thanks for taking be back to those memories.

Just saw these guys on Saturday. Calvin...you are a special man. I am honored to have seen you all play. The amazing full sound you produce was just awesome! Your messages are heard loud and clear. I hope you come back to the North Shore. I highly recommend catching these guys any opportunity you get. And for the record, I am a true Rock/Alternative music lover. Never much into the Blues or Gospel,but I knew this was a rare occasion to see masters at work and I was moved. Thank you all!

Strings were put on opposite to all the steel players I've ever seen. No doubt about it they may have something that is better than traditional. It works for them.
