Hello Robert awesome corn fields… wow ! Cassava is really produced big and full tubers.. awesome. In the Philippines 🇵🇭, we cook it the way you do… boiled … then pound it until it binds together add with grated coconut, sugar, butter .. we called it LINUPAK 😁. It’s delicious for snacks. I miss it .. Feeding your chickens and pigs regularly, I think your dogs are jealous and hungry too. keep safe and healthy. God bless.
