Just found your channel today. Awesome videos and the commentary is even better. I have a 2001 Honda 250 2 stroke. Going to be switching to a 250 4 stroke. Absolutely can’t wait to feel the difference

Just curious..when you down shift in the air does it bring the front down like a brake tap ?

Slightly yes on a four stroke, because of the engine breaking, but it really doesn't do a whole lot in my experience unless you get big air or are going really fast.

@@mxoudi thanks.. just wondering which one would be easier.. break tap or downshift been wanting to practice some... your videos are awesome been watching a lot of yours and Derek's vids

@@dnickens20115 Thank youuu!! I would start with downshifting because it's easier. break tapping you need to pull the clutch in and then tap and that's training your brain to do 2 separate things while in the air,where as downshifting is just you clicking down (which is easy enough) I've stalled plenty of times in the air trying to break tap because my timing was wrong and it's super scary.
