My ex- husband would ask me “ what do you bring to the table.” I felt so small at that time as I did not know how to answer, and I felt shamed and not enough for him. That was years ago… but listening to the this word triggered all those emotions and yet released me at the same time. I have a new husband of 3 months now after being single for 10 years. My new husband says “ I love your feminine energy, your feminine ways.” Thank you Pastor Blakes for this message. I’ve been following you for over a year now, and I learned so much and healed just as much.

My wife is the centerpiece of my table. She also is two of the four legs that keep my table upright and balanced. She is the reason for the table. I had a table when I was single. It was a good table, it was stable and lacked nothing. But when I married her I replaced that table with a new and much better table that she was an integral part of. Now when I sit down at that table it is complete. Even most single people prefer to dine at a table with somebody else other than alone. You seldom see people at a restaurant dining alone. We've all done it but when we do we're not truly "dining" we're just eating. I prefer to dine.

What does a feminine woman bring to the table? 1.She brings feminine presence. 2. She provides an opportunity for the man's basic needs to be met. 3. She is the fertilizer for the man's future. 4. She is the guardian of the man's legacy 5. She brings a loyal partner and advocate.

I’ll instead ask him specific questions to gauge if he’s the leader, provider, protector and professor of love I want to marry.

I wish they taught this in my church . The senior pastor passed away almost 20 yrs ago he stayed on family and marriages. My husband who is a minister turned out to be a narcissist. (My degree is in psychology yes there were signs) no one teaches on these things at my church. He charmed everyone through the years. (I suffered in silence ) the women think he is all that (silly women) My late pastor always taught watch how a man treats his wife. I have all but been disguarded legally. I take delight in knowing there are men who know and speak the truth. You being a Man of God (mines claims that he is ) bring tears of joy to my now old eyes just to hear that God has raised you up the uncover the snakes in the garden who walk among us. I hope I encouraged your heart. I love how at the end of your teachings you pray for us. I spent 31yrs being a good wife and mom. My status / worth has been downgraded to junk bonds. I love this so much it almost makes me want to cry. I have always felt deep down that my feminine presence is so incredibly beautiful and fun and joyful and loving that it is so worthy of the right partner, to know that that is enough right there to bring to the table. I've yet to meet someone who feels this way. When a man says "what do you bring to the table" it's an automatic loss of interest for me because he clearly doesn't get it and that is not the kind of teaching I want to do in a relationship.

Recent research has found that married men live longer than single men, but married women don't live longer than single women. Study found that married men take fewer risks compared to single men, which is a protective factor. However, married women report more mental and physical health challenges compared to unmarried women. Suggests an imbalance in marriages.
@overcomerbtboj2 жыл бұрын
Its true- the wrong marriage for a woman will age her and bring nothing but misery- marriage is indeed a blessing but is a curse with the wrong person- i know a girl who’s getting married next month - she’s not even 30 yrs old and already got crow’s feet and has a hard look on her face- very troubling to me- she’s done things to her detriment to get to the altar and its not going to end well for her
@samanthawilliams55202 жыл бұрын
Interesting statistics. Thank you for sharing. To me, it suggests an imbalance in peoples understanding of how to maneuver in marriage. It seems people want the convenience of marriage for their self interest vs putting their partner’s symbiotic needs first.

Marriage takes more emotional work for women than it does for men, so if women have a job too, it’s probably too much for most of us. We should be led by a good man and take care of the home and kids, that’s when life will be easiest and most meaningful I think.

Thank you so much for this Pastor Blakes. I recently posted a Tik Tok stating my interpretation when a man asks a woman "What do you bring to the table?" and how that's a value based question meant to devalue the woman and I said instead the woman should ask him in return, "What's on your table?" and myyyy myyyy myyyy....those men came at me like I stole something! Over 100 mean degrading upset comments arguing that a woman must bring something to the table, and one man even said a woman's role is to upgrade him...so i don't know how we got all backwards today regarding this... had me questioning myself and the God in me for a minute lol but this video confirmed that my speech was from God from the standpoint of a feminine woman of God so thank you! I appreciate the work you do for the kingdom.

It’s so hard to find men who are kings.. society is so sick. We are living when men are feminine - women are masculine. I’m a feminine woman who was terribly hurt by a narcissist. Left for dead - children have even been alienated. I tried dating after I felt I was healed, and all these “men” are just disgusting. Playing games, excuses, want to “hit that”.. all they think about is what they can gain and they get it and leave. Hurt people hurt people and it’s like a cancer on society..people haven’t spent even a year alone- they go from one relationship to another -they don’t know themselves and are afraid to. I’ve been single (and happy and strong) since 2014. You get one chance - one and that’s it with me. I rather be alone and drama free than deal with bs

A woman can operate in her role when she married a real man operating in his role in the marriage. Not when the women has to work like a man 👞👞♂️for his needs of help paying bills. When the 👠👠 ♀️ has the babies & the main care for them & has to organize to run the house, care for the kids, care for herself & take care of the husband's needs & often that of an elderly parent, she will be over loaded & shouldn't settle for such a state of life for a low energy man who thinks he's the prize 😂🏆 & expects her to run her legs off for him, likes it's a sick honor he must get out of her. Too often men have wanted the women to submit & do 10 jobs in the house & out side the house work type of relationship as he dose one job basically is not healthy good or a good marriage it's imbalanced life status !! Some men often are deciding all else to be done is her place to do & that it's feminine !!! Many Women have begun to wake up from MARRAIGE slavery, being over worked & under appreciated, unhappy, unfulfilled but long as he gets what he wants women have pressed on like in past years but more work piled on us sadly !!! Women need more balanced, healthier life style & help of the male partner. Some women don't want marriage that's being over worked & under appreciated & not loved, protected, pampered with much care & consideration woman ♀️🤗👠👠 see we need & deserve better & more of. Man must do his part by planned agreement for a good healthy balanced Christian marriage today & to not end in divorce !!! 🌹 Not a man wanting women to be in a man's role for work & as a woman to submit, while he gives very little & cheating that's lead to do much divorce in America 🙄🙏. Most black men don't get married & make several broken homes of kids & moms. Getting married & to the right man with the same Christian beliefs, traditional, spiritual, financial, romantic & family oriented is a huge, huge blessing today. Many bw have been & will marry other races of men who are raised to date & marry & build family & see & believe as the bw that's increased in marriage unions, is important to recognize in these times !!! 🌹

I am in marriage for 15years, with 3kids and my man never asked me once what I bring to the table. He never needed to tell me that he is “the dominant man” cos he radiate that energy, not with force but with kind words, behavior, confidence. You will naturally follow man like that. Some men displays desire and give their attention to younger women. The norm is that they disrespect and disregard a woman of his own contemporary, these fellows are in denial of what the younger woman brings to his life. Not love, not desire, not expectation of a long term relationship and compassion, material gain is the motive. There is no comparison in his older years to a life of quality.

Mr. RC! I am soooooooo GLAD that you have spoken on this subject. I have been asked about this by men in the past and I usually say to them “nothing that you don’t already have obviously since we both have jobs, a place to stay, and a car to drive.” Then we go our separate ways. I don’t believe that men understand the concept of the “table”. The way I see it is if I have a car, place to stay, and a job… I have my OWN table and vice versa for him. Me and that man can not come together as one if we’re both holding on to our seats. One has to become the server/menu/hostess(feminine energy) in order to have anything ON the table

Femine Presence is God given & I Love every min. Of it. Thank you for breaking this down. So many men try to break us down. & make us not feel good enough. But u once said they hate women. & I’m convinced that MEN THAT DON’T THiNK A WOMAN ISN’T ENOUGH IS NOT A REAL MAN…

Thats right u said it.."a feminine woman doesn't Pursue a masculine man" I think all these self proclaimed alpha men have been surrounded with and witnessed gold diggers and not good women. You don't ask a complete stranger on the street what she bring to the table. You need to date for more than a few dates then without asking you'd both know whether or not either one wants to take the relationship to the next level. Any man who asks what you bring to the table when you just met, ladies run!! You know he won't respect you and he thinks all you want is material things and you'll be satisfied with material things. People need to date a while without sex to know if they're compatible. Period!

I love to hear you speak. You tell the truth with love….and The Word……to men and women. I love that you incorporate stories of your own relationship into your word. Thank you for being obedient to God and sharing what He gives you to give to us; especially women. Society has done a number on so many of us (from birth) that many of us think our worth is based on the superficiality of the world. I am the daughter of The King! God bless you pastor.

Thank You, Honorable Man of The Most High, A class, Every Man should Attend in Youth b 4 Relationships begin
RC, I don’t have the opportunity to listen to the livestreams often but I did this time. I must tell you that I witnessed the actual love and care in your facial expressions that you have for all who listen to your timely conversational teachings. I thank my Heavenly Father that you accepted your calling and brought it forth to all who are willing to hear and learn. Queen Lisa, you have no idea what a gift you have and still are giving to generations of women and men by providing all the feminine energy that has helped God mold your husband, RC, to the man, husband, father, grandfather, pastor, teacher, and friend that he has become and will continue to keep on his going and growing forward in his teachings. Love to both of you ❤️

Bishop Blakes is so annointed, always speaking the truth. Talk about couples goals, we all know it wasn't peaches and cream but guess what they hang in there and put GOD in the center of their marriage. I pray for my own journey with the right partner, it's coming, at the right time and the right man GOD ordain for me. May God continue to bless you Bishop and Mrs. Blakes. PS. Those impersonations always get me 😫😂.
