1. Distinguish between the man you can help and the one you can't. 2. Talk about his life story. Observe how he handles success and loss. 3. Is he healing? (a. He recognises that he's not sovereign so he prays. b. He surrenders to God. c. He's working to sanctify his life. d. He processes anger properly. e. He has an optimistic view of life.) *Anger management; *Transparency in conversations; *How he manages to stay even in good and bad times. *How he treats others in less advantageous positions. *His conversations. *Is he motivated? 4. Is he deep enough to accommodate you? *A man who accommodates (values) you will always make your life better (i.e. will improve your life). *Does he have the emotional intelligence to learn you? *Does he have the consistency to allow you to let down your guard and relax? *Is he secure enough to not be intimidated by your strengths and successes? *Is he wise enough to recognize your contribution if you never made a dime? *Can he teach and intrigue you in conversations? *Does his vision excite you? 5. Does he want you? *He waits for you. *He accepts you. *He needs you. *He treasures you. 6. What is the foundation of his self-esteem? *God's definition of him; *His awareness of his own future and value *His evidence of progression towards his God-ordained destiny.

1. Discern if he's a man you can help (fundamental character isn't something you can help him with - eg. Grind, values, love for u) 2. Question about his life - how he processes wins and losses (he should be pretty level headed) 3. Is he healing (prays n surrenders to God cuz he knows he isn't in control of life, process anger healthily and is optimistic) -Anger management -Transparency in conversation of losses too -Even headed in good n bad times -Empathy towards others -Energy ; how he makes u feel -Conversation ; move from past, facing present n focus on future - Is he Motivated 4. Deep enough to accommodate n value you - Emotional intelligence to learn u ; wht u like or not, wht triggers u n even make u so safe, u forget this trigger! - Consistent character to allow u to put down your guard n ease ur trust issues - Secure to not get intimidated by ur success - Wise to recognise ur contribution even if u dnt make money -Teach n intrigue u in conversation -Does his vision excite u cuz ur there to help 5. Does he want you -Waits for u, doesn't rush u -Accepts u n loves u as u are -Needs you; where u fit in his life -Treasures n cherishes u as the prize (he needs respect but doesn't view himself as the prize) 6. What is the foundation of his self esteem -God's definition of man -Awareness of his own future n value -Progress toward his destiny; no comparison

At this stage in my life I am grateful for God' s protection in not permitting any of my previous relationships to culminate in a marriage. Not only were those men not the right men for me but I also wasn't ready to be a wife. I am on a journey of actualizing my life's purpose.

This is golden. I needed this checklist before I married my husband. The checklist I was given by my parents was basically trade/education/employment.. no where on the list was emotional health
@keepthechange1
@keepthechange1 2 жыл бұрын
Your parents gave you what they had. In their time, emotional health was not heard of. Fathers barely said I Love you. They felt that keeping the lights on and food on the table was demonstrative of Love. So many people nail their parents to the cross for what they didn’t give or teach. Could you have learned of emotional well being on your own prior to getting married? Why are your marriage wins or fails placed on the shoulders of your parents? You have far more resources available than your parents during their prime. I’m perplexed.

@@keepthechange1 Ok I was nodding until the middle of your comment. Parents actually aren't "nailed to the cross" enough! SOOOO much of what we deal with as adults are traumas that were developed in childhood from our relationships with caregivers. Many caregivers don't feel accountable either; some are remorseful and want to heal, thankfully. I think if people really really realized how fragile (and how expensive) children are, they would not be as quick to have them. You can have a middle-class, two-parent upbringing and still be traumatized because you weren't nurtured a particular way.
@keepthechange1
@keepthechange1 2 жыл бұрын
@@Heyu7her3 I don’t disagree with you. Trauma is real; I don’t minimize that. I spoke on behalf of the parents who did their best, according to their upbringing. I don’t give a pass to anyone who traumatizes and abuses their children. There is a lot of healing that has to happen. It’s not a black or white issue. This happens in all families. Some parents are horrible because their parents were horrible to them. It’s a vicious cycle.

Hi Bishop RC and family of Queens, and future Queens! I have been listening to RC for the last few years, approximately around 4 years. RC has educated me on the value of woman-hood, particularly, helped me see the value of myself as a woman. I trusted his insight, along with my spiritual beliefs, prayers, and faith, I was literally awakened. I am now Happily Married to a real King of a man, running a business, and working to fulfill all my dreams and purposes! God sends messengers, and I know that he has sent RC for me and to you'all. He can teach and coach, but we are the ones who has to receive and wake up! I did view a man's physical type as utter important, and the "ideal career for a man" but RC cleared that up to help me understand that the most important value of a husband is his willingness to love, protect, provide and honor me is the most important piece to desire of a husband. Although, I am fortunate to have a man I am attracted to, he was not my idral type. It's God send, and I was open to receive God's choice. GOD will provide to your situation, in time, with your attention to him and sacrifice. There has to be sacrifices made from us to receive as well, and sacrificing can start with putting our ego aside for type for honor & respect!

Yesssss!!!! An angry man is a dangerous man! I have experienced it first hand. It’s utterly terrifying. But for the grace of God. Ladies, PLEASE do not overlook this point! An ex could have taken my life but….God. The Bible warns of keeping company with an angry person. During premarital counseling with my husband one of the questions our pastor asked us was, “have we seen each other angry?” He said it’s one thing to get angry and maybe raise your voice. It’s another thing to be throwing pots and pans and punching holes in the wall when you get angry. I could not agree more! And to the men, an angry woman will wreck hell on earth in your life so please beware as well. Thank you RC Blakes. Good teaching.

I never remarried, but God is now preparing me for his best for the rest of my life. I needed this word at 27 when I first got married and I need it now. It will propel me to the place of being satisfied in the wait and for me that is God's best for me in this season and the next . ✋ Praise God for he has been my husband for all these years and he is preparing me for the next chapter. If it is a new husband. I will be ready. God bless ❤ 🙏

This is great teaching. I'm thinking of Job in the bible. Even throughout the chaos and loss in his life, he still prayed to God, he still trusted him and leaned into God even when he didn't understand. He didn't blame or curse God when bad things happened to him. He remained steady even in his brokenness.

Thank u Bishop Blake for teaching the world with your wisdom on relationships. May GOD continue to Bless u & Mrs. Blake. I'm a married woman who had to teach my husband how to treat me! I let him know what I will & won't tolerate! GOD told me that I am Precious & that all humans are Precious. We need to treat ourselves as a Precious vessel & not allow anyone to treat us less than what GOD says we are. Don't allow our mates to talk down to us. Please look in the mirror everyday & say hello Precious I love you!!!

These are some excellent questions. I haven’t heard this anywhere. Particularly the question about where he gets his self esteem from. All of these questions dig into a man’s character and will let you know if he has the ability to handle a wife and family.

Mr Blake's I'm here to tell you that I've been listening and watching you for a long time now and every word is powerful that you bring to your Channel, but I'm also here to tell you that the song in the beginning has also changed my life when I'm feeling down and out and discouraged as a woman and as a mother, a sister, a friend, a daughter, a granddaughter, a niece every morning I wake up and I choose one of your videos to listen to just to hear the song in the beginning to remind me that no matter what I am resilient, I am powerful, I am beautiful, I am like no other woman, I am gifted, I am highly favored, and the crown that I wear over my head is no mistake, and the way the heavenly father made me he put some extra on it so when people in the world are trying to tear me down I always come to you to listen to your word but to listen to the song that plays before your word and oh how powerful it is thank you, thank you for your amazing words because you help me fix the crown I wear on top of my head.

I do believe the man is supposed to find the woman and then we're supposed to respond. As God heals our brokenness we will be able to discern the right one who is pursuing us and not pass them by looking for another man who does not know how to treat a woman.

@@Vicki1951 it's better to find out right away then later on. We can't walk with blinders on eyes thinking this person is great. The more we know in the beginning then we can move on with our life and not waste our time. Or should I say God's time because if our lives belong to him then our time belongs to him also. 🙏🙏

1. Discern between a man you can help, and a man you cannot 2. Observe how he handles success and loss - how stable is he with either? 3. Is he healing from life versus in denial? (a) recognises he's not sovereign and needs to pray (b) he's surrendered to God (c) working to sanctify his life (d) processing his anger, without wrath and doubting (e) optimistic view of life, without wrath and doubting (f) transparency in conversation (g) his energy makes you feel good (h) motivated in life 4. Is he deep enough to accommodate you? He will always improve your life. (a) emotional intelligence to learn you (b) consistent character and temperament, which allows you guard down and trust (c) secure enough not to be intimidated by your power and strength (d) is he wise enough to recognise your contribution if you never made a dime (e) can he teach and intrigue you in conversation? (f) does his vision excite you? 5. Does he want YOU? He will wait for you (a) He accepts you as you are (b) He needs you (c) He will treasure you as the prize, not himself 6. What is the foundation of his self-esteem? God's definition, rather than the world's. He recognises his own value.

Your life reflects your messages. Thank you because there isn’t a lot of men that I can respect that they live by how they preach. I know I don’t know your everyday life but your wife is right there with you helping spread the message through the word of God I respect that. Our duty is to serve with a servant heart making sure its guarded as we are told by our Leader Jesus. The end is near and the more men we can minister to especially on dating apps, the seeds are sown..and these men are revealed the truth and interceeded in Prayer by us soldiers in Christ. They shd be lead by us to make Jesus the Lord of their lives.. We need to take action in every opportunity we can.
