As someone who was the tallest girl in her whole middle school class, the tallest guy forgot about me when he was going back to back and bragging about how he was the tallest person in our school. My best friend pointed to me and was like "what about her?" The pride in his eyes was automatically replaced with unease, almost horror. And we had to go back to back, and I was taller. Awkward rest of the school year to say the least, and any time I've seen the guy afterwards, he's no taller than he was, and he basically refuses to look me in the eye, but that's fine. His gf is a lot nicer than he is anyway.
