This video is an introduction to a series of teachings on the famous Mahayana Buddhist text entitled 'Turning Suffering and Happiness into Enlightenment' that Jetsün Khandro Rinpoche has recorded at the request of Rigpa and in response to the current worldwide coronavirus crisis.

This extraordinary teaching shows us how to transform and draw the very best out of the experience of both suffering and happiness, and use it for our ultimate benefit and the benefit of others. Khandro Rinpoche is particularly addressing Dharma practitioners and those who already have some beginning knowledge of Buddhism, but the teachings are of course relevant and helpful to everyone interested.

This, and other online teaching events in 2020, will directly support Rigpa’s two main retreat centres, Lerab Ling in France and Dzogchen Beara in Ireland which are facing a significant loss of income due to the cancellation of some of their programmes this year.
